Terms of service

These terms govern your use of eruditepradeep.com, eruditepradeep.ai and the Rankora study platform, all operated by PK Rain Technologies, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account or using the services you accept these terms.

Who may use the service

The service is intended for students preparing for competitive entrance examinations. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use. Sharing, reselling or distributing account access is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

What we provide

• Access to a library of previous years' examination questions with answers and explanations.
• AI-generated explanations, study guidance and practice tests.
• Performance tracking and analysis across your attempts.

Explanations and study guidance are generated in part by automated systems and may contain errors. They are study aids, not an official answer key, and are not a substitute for your textbooks, your teachers or the official notifications issued by the examination authority. Always verify anything that affects an examination decision.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise any particular score, rank, admission or outcome. Rank predictions and score estimates are statistical projections based on your practice attempts and are not a forecast of your actual result.

Payment and subscriptions

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
• Paid plans give access for the period purchased. Recurring plans renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish or resell content from the platform.
• Use automated tools to bulk-download questions or explanations.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the platform or other users' accounts.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Intellectual property

Examination questions from past papers are reproduced for educational study purposes and remain the property of their respective examination authorities. The platform, its software, its explanations, its organisation of content and its branding belong to PK Rain Technologies.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including examination outcomes.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@eruditepradeep.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page and, for paid users, by email before they take effect.
